I’d like to sincerely apologise for my mix up at Melbourne
Airport on the morning of Saturday 9th June.
I unfortunately gave you the wrong flight number, time of
arrival and airline company!!!
I have no idea how in the world I managed this so once again I
apologise.
I would also like to thank you for your patience and your
friendly approach to my mix up. I’m not sure I could have been
so cool if placed in your position. Your driver also deserves a
medal. We found him very friendly and approachable, under the
circumstances, and very much enjoyed our trip into Melbourne.
I certainly will not have any hesitations in recommending your
company to any friends or colleagues travelling to Melbourne.
